That means you and select members of your staff will join us at one of our company-owned Golden Chick restaurants where you’ll enjoy roughly four weeks of hands-on, on-the-job training that’ll cover just about everything you need to know about running your location.
Our chicken restaurant training covers topics like food preparation, equipment operation, cost control, inventory ordering and control, and basic management and personnel techniques, among other essential topics. We’ll also supplement your on-site training with instructional materials consisting of our operations manual, videos, and testing materials. We make sure all the bases are covered and all your questions are answered, so you can start operating your Golden Chick restaurant with complete confidence.
After your Certification training is complete, we’ll provide you with an Opening Team that will assist you in training your hourly staff on-site during your pre-opening, and that will remain with you during your first week of business.
