Our Pre-Opening Training
One of the great things about our investment opportunity is that Golden Chick restaurant locations are approved to be able to afford to employ a manager with former QSR experience. While you don’t need prior experience in the industry, it is important that you have an experienced individual protecting your investment. Our thorough pre-opening training covers just about everything your management team needs to know to operate your franchise successfully.
Before your Golden Chick restaurant franchise doors open, you and select members of your staff will join us at one of our company-owned Golden Chick restaurants, where you’ll enjoy approximately four weeks of on-the-job training that’ll include all the essential day-to-day operations and procedures. We’ll discuss topics like basic management and personnel techniques, equipment operation, inventory ordering and control, food preparation, cost control, and much more. Your on-site training will also be supplemented with instructional materials consisting of our operations manual, videos, and testing materials.
After this training is complete, an Opening Team will assist in helping you train your hourly staff on-site during your pre-opening, and will remain with you during your first week of business. It’s important that when you start operating your Golden Chick restaurant, it’s with complete confidence, so we make sure all the bases are covered: and we’ve answered all your questions before you begin operating your new Golden Chick restaurant franchise.
Once You Open for Business
After your restaurant doors open, you can continue to rely on our franchise training and support to help you capitalize on our robust industry and grow your bottom line. Our expert marketing team will be working closely with you to get the Golden Chick name out there and in front of your best customer. You can look forward to field support from District Directors who’ll make visits to your franchise to help solve problems related to costs, quality assurance, and other issues. You’ll also benefit from a purchasing program that gets you competitive pricing on food and packaging; and Golden Chick’s proprietary recipes that’ll keep your guests coming back for more!
